The food & beverage minimum is what your group spends on food and drinks, not a rental fee.

AM is 11 AM – 3 PM and the party must start by 3 PM. Minimums cover food, alcohol and non alcoholic beverages and do not include 6.625% sales tax or 20% suggested gratuity.

What is a food & beverage minimum?

The amount to be spent on food, alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages — it's not a separate rental or admin fee. Minimums don't include 6.625% sales tax or 20% suggested gratuity, and are subject to change.

When is my deposit due, and is it refundable?

The deposit for your space is due when you sign your agreement and is applied to your final balance. Deposits are paid by credit card and become non-refundable two weeks before your event.

When do we need to finalize the details?

Menu selections are due two weeks before your event, and your final guest count is due one week before.

What if we need to cancel?

Contact the Event Coordinator or Manager on duty at least two weeks before your event. Cancellations made less than two weeks out forfeit the deposit. If the event can't happen due to circumstances beyond our control, the agreement is void and deposits are refunded in full.

When can we book an igloo?

Igloos are available November 13–January 3. Friday and Saturday evening reservations run 4–6 PM, 6:30–8:30 PM and 9–11 PM. Daytime reservations and Sunday–Thursday booking times can be arranged with our Event Coordinator.
