Where can I buy a gift card?
You can purchase a Central Taco and Tequila gift card in person or you can purchase an eGift online.
What is a eGift?
Our eGift option is a quick and easy way to send someone a gift that's always in good taste. These virtual gift cards can be emailed directly to the recipient, so you'll need to have a valid email address for them to complete the transaction. Select the amount for your eGift and the date you'd like to send it – it's that simple! Our eGifts are available in denominations from $10 to $500.
How are eGifts redeemed?
You can print the eGift and present it to your server or simply display the email containing the eGift on your mobile device at time of redemption.
When should I expect to receive the email with the eGift card?
Upon successful payment processing, eGift cards are sent within 10-15 minutes. At time of purchase, customers also have the option to delay delivery until a future, specified date.

Why is my pending transaction duplicated?
If a pending transaction appears on your Card account twice, it does not necessarily mean your account will be billed twice. Certain Merchants, such as internet companies, may authorize a charge when you place an order. The Merchant may then authorize your Card again when the amount is due. In these instances, the charge may appear twice in Pending Transactions but will be billed to your account only once. Some restaurants will authorize your Card when the Card is put in the terminal. If you add a tip, the charge may show again with a second authorization but will only be billed once.
If you discover duplicate transactions, please wait to see if they appear on your billing statement. If so, you should call us on the number on the back of your Card to dispute one of the charges.
Why is my transaction getting declined?
Typically, the errors you are getting are a result of a fraud filter flagging the transaction, causing the payment processor to decline. This can happen for a number of reasons, and can be frustrating when you have a legitimate purchase that won't go through. We are sorry for the inconvenience!
